Preformed Line Products Company (PLP) acquired substantially all of the assets of Pilot Plastics, Inc., an injection molding specialist based in Peninsula, Ohio. The acquisition expands PLP's injection molding capacity and supports production of fiber-optic connectivity components for FTTH and 5G deployments while enabling closer collaboration with PLP's Cleveland headquarters.

Preformed Line Products (PLP) Acquires Fonderie Richelieu

Preformed Line Products Company's Canadian subsidiary, PLP Canada, has acquired Fonderie Richelieu Inc., a Delson, Quebec-based supplier of cast aluminum components. Operations will be moved into PLP Canada's Montreal facility and Fonderie Richelieu's founder and team will join PLP Canada as PLP expands local manufacturing and adds aluminum casting capability to support Canadian energy and communications markets.

e& completed the acquisition of a controlling stake (50% plus one economic share) in PPF Telecom’s service and infrastructure companies across Bulgaria, Hungary, Serbia and Slovakia, expanding its telecom footprint into Central and Eastern Europe. Separately, e& (via e& enterprise) completed a 100% acquisition of Turkey-based GlassHouse, a managed cloud and SAP infrastructure services provider, to deepen its enterprise cloud and managed services capabilities.

The acquisition adds over $20 million of annual revenue and expands IBP's direct access to environmentally responsible insulation materials across multiple U.S. regions.
