Certified Power Solutions Acquires Skarda Equipment Company and Controlled Motion Dynamics

Certified Power Solutions has acquired Skarda Equipment Company and its affiliate Controlled Motion Dynamics, expanding CPS's geographic footprint into the Midwest and strengthening its industrial and mobile fluid power capabilities. Skarda will retain its name and locations and approximately 50 employees will join Certified Power, while customers and vendors should see no service interruptions.
