Centric Brands acquired select operations, assets, and intellectual property from Fownes Brothers & Co., including key cold-weather accessory licenses (Ugg, Timberland, Cole Haan) and private-label manufacturing agreements with The North Face and lululemon. As part of the deal Andrew Gluckman joins Centric as SVP, Division Head Cold-Weather to support integration and growth of Centric’s accessories platform.

OvareVentures Acquires BE Outfitter

American Exchange Group Acquires Luxury Footwear Brand Aerosoles

American Exchange Group has finalized an agreement to acquire the assets of luxury comfort footwear brand Aerosoles. The buyer plans to operate Aerosoles as a separate division, expand its distribution channels, introduce the brand into new categories, and leverage existing retail relationships (Nordstrom, Macy's, DSW, Zappos, Belk and aerosoles.com) to drive growth.

American Exchange Group Acquires White Mountain Footwear

American Exchange Group has acquired White Mountain Footwear, a 40-year-old women’s footwear brand, to integrate its sourcing, manufacturing and management capabilities and expand distribution across the buyer’s existing retail channels. The acquisition will allow American Exchange Group to leverage synergies with its Aerosoles business, broaden product categories (including the Cliffs sister brand) and increase White Mountain’s reach into mass retailers and e-commerce.
