Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. completed the acquisition of VODA A/S, a multi-brand aftermarket parts and service provider for energy plants in Scandinavia. The business will be integrated into B&W's B&W Renewable segment to expand the company's renewable parts and service capabilities and create a platform for growth across Europe.

Moller Holding, has completed the acquisition of Vestas' converter & controls business, including three factories in Hammel (Denmark), Oragadam (India) and Tianjin (China) and roughly 600 employees. The deal expands KK Wind Solutions' manufacturing footprint and production capacity, secures exclusivity to supply converters and controls to Vestas, and includes transitional service agreements to ensure continuity during an 18–24 month integration period.

Paul Fosler will remain CEO and a minority owner; Fosler provides commercial, industrial and utility-scale solar services, employs ~120 people and owns two community solar projects in Illinois.
