Banyan Software has acquired Touchstream, a Barcelona-based provider of proactive SaaS monitoring solutions for OTT live streaming. The deal brings Touchstream's CDN and end-to-end stream quality monitoring (VirtualNOC, dVQA, eVQA) into Banyan's permanent-capital enterprise software portfolio to expand capabilities and customer reach across broadcasters, streaming platforms and telcos.

The deal transfers control from HWA CEO Harry Sullivan to Banyan, preserving the business for the founder’s eventual retirement while positioning HWA for continued investment and growth.
