Barilla Group has agreed to acquire GOODLES, the boxed mac and cheese brand, as it prepares for its next stage of U.S. and international growth. GOODLES will remain headquartered in Santa Cruz, California, continue operating independently, and its leadership and team will be retained following the close of the transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed and the deal is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
