Barry R. Haas, a New York–based private investor, has acquired REET Corporation, a Berlin, Connecticut–based manufacturer of solenoid valves, pumps, pressure transducers and custom assemblies. The company will operate going forward as Reet Precision Technologies; the transaction closed October 1, 2025 and was advised by Generational Group.
