Beacon Specialized Living, a portfolio company of The Vistria Group, has acquired Community Concepts Inc. and Community Visions, LLC (CCI/CV), providers of residential and day support programs in Northern Virginia. The deal — originated by The Braff Group — is Beacon's first acquisition in Virginia and expands its footprint and specialized services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health needs.
