Becklar (Freeus) Acquires FallSafety

Becklar, the parent company of Freeus and AvantGuard Monitoring Centers and a portfolio company of BV Investment Partners, has acquired FallSafety, a developer of mobile personal- and workforce-safety apps. FallSafety founder Philip Carmichael joins Freeus as the FallSafety app suite is integrated into Freeus’s personal safety and monitored solutions to expand capabilities and revenue opportunities.
