Belt Power, a portfolio company of Platte River Equity, has acquired Avtech Industrial Products, a Phoenix-based distributor and fabricator of conveyor belts, motors, drives, hose & fittings and provider of installation and repair services. The acquisition expands Belt Power's footprint and service capabilities in the Phoenix/Southwest market, complementing its fabrication capabilities and technical sales organization.
