Benford Capital Partners recapitalized CGRS, Inc., a Fort Collins, Colorado-based testing, inspection, certification and compliance (TICC) provider serving regulated environmental end markets across the Western United States. The transaction is done in partnership with Founder and CEO Eric Hick, who retains an ownership interest, and Benford plans to expand geographically and pursue add-on acquisitions of complementary environmental compliance and monitoring businesses.
