Berkshire Residential Investments Acquires Limekiln’s Interest in MF1 Process

Berkshire Residential Investments entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Limekiln Real Estate Investment Management’s 50% interest in MF1 Process, making Berkshire the sole owner of the multifamily mortgage lending platform. The transaction will integrate MF1’s lending operations with Berkshire’s multifamily equity, securities and debt origination businesses; closing is pending.
