Bregal Milestone made a majority growth investment in CoreGo, a Helsinki-founded provider of open-loop payments and integrated event technology solutions for festivals, sports events, and venues across Europe. The investment is intended to support CoreGo’s European expansion, advancement of AI capabilities, and further development of its product suite. Financial terms were not disclosed.

G2 Risk Solutions to Combine with EverC to Expand AI-Powered Merchant Risk Solutions
