("TAETCo"), a Vancouver-based developer of the Trial Adverse Events Tracker (TAET) clinical-study adverse event reporting platform, by issuing shares to TAETCo shareholders. The acquisition adds a fee-based clinical-trial reporting product to BioVaxys’ portfolio and positions the company to explore healthcare analytics and AI-driven insights from ADE data.
