biproxi Acquires OfficeSpace.com

biproxi, an end-to-end commercial real estate platform, acquired OfficeSpace.com to consolidate CRE listings and historical data onto the OfficeSpace.com site. The deal brings together biproxi’s broker-focused tools with OfficeSpace.com’s large listing database to expand biproxi’s marketplace and product capabilities; OfficeSpace.com founder Susie Algard will join biproxi’s advisory board.
