BitGo Holdings entered into a definitive agreement and completed the acquisition of NYDIG’s institutional trading business and related assets. The deal expands BitGo’s institutional markets platform by adding derivatives, structured products, financing, and capital markets capabilities while enabling NYDIG to focus on its vertically integrated power generation and bitcoin mining/HPC data center development business.
