BizLink to Acquire Interplex Datacom from Ennovi in $850M Deal

BizLink Holding has agreed to acquire Interplex Datacom, a Singapore-headquartered division owned by Ennovi and backed by Blackstone-affiliated funds, in an all-cash transaction valued at US$850 million plus up to US$50 million contingent consideration. The deal is intended to strengthen BizLink’s integrated AI data center infrastructure offerings and is expected to close in the second half of 2026.
