Bleecker Street Group (BSG), a New York-based software holding company, has acquired Marine Learning Systems, a Vancouver-based provider of maritime eLearning technology and services. The deal brings Marine Learning Systems into BSG’s growing portfolio of maritime software businesses to accelerate product development and expand service offerings for cruise, ferry and workboat operators.
