Learning Technologies Group (LTG) acquired Bridge, a learning, performance and skills development SaaS platform, from Instructure Inc on February 26, 2021. The deal expands LTG's mid-market learning and talent-management capabilities by adding Bridge's LMS, performance and engagement products and its ~80-person team and ~800 customers.
