BlockchainK2 Corp. acquired a majority stake in Sobe Organics, Inc., a U.S.-based beauty, health and wellness company that sells products in over 1,800 independent stores and online. BlockchainK2 said it will apply blockchain technology to verify Sobe's supply chain and help the brand scale its sales and improve margins; the deal was completed with a $250,000 cash investment.
