Blueprint Test Prep, a portfolio company of New Harbor Capital, has completed the acquisition of Med School Tutors, a New York–based provider of one-on-one medical exam tutoring, admissions and residency advisement, and consulting services for medical schools. The deal is an add-on to Blueprint's education platform and expands its medical tutoring capabilities and tutor network.
