Bounteous Acquires FortyFour

Bounteous, a Chicago-based digital transformation agency backed by Mountaingate Capital, has acquired Atlanta-based commerce and customer experience agency FortyFour. The acquisition strengthens Bounteous's Magento and commerce capabilities and brings FortyFour's enterprise clients (including Coca‑Cola, Fiserv and Boehringer Ingelheim) and team into the Bounteous organization.
