BrightSpring Health Services said its recently acquired Amedisys and LHC Group home health and hospice assets contributed $79 million in Q1 revenue and about $9 million in adjusted EBITDA as they are integrated. The company expects the new assets to drive a roughly $30 million EBITDA boost in year one and is centralizing operations (including order intake) across the combined platform.
