Voyager Interests Acquires Rotorcraft Leasing Company

Voyager Interests has taken control of Rotorcraft Leasing Company, a helicopter operator based in Broussard, Louisiana. The deal transfers ownership from Bluehenge Capital Partners and a group of undisclosed investors and adds more than 30 purpose-built helicopters and six land-based bases to Voyager’s portfolio effective immediately.

Bristow Group to Acquire Berry Aviation for $105 Million

Bristow Group Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Berry Aviation, Inc. from Acorn Capital Management for $105 million in an all-cash transaction. The deal is expected to close in Q3 2026 and is intended to expand Bristow’s U.S. government services offerings with special missions, ISR, MRO, training, and unmanned aerial systems (UAS) capabilities.

United Utility Services Acquires BHI Power Delivery from Westinghouse

BBIH — owner of brands including Balance Activ, GlucoGel and LIFT with broad UK retail distribution and a Swedish manufacturing facility — was transformed under Exponent, delivering strong EBITDA growth; its managing director will leave on completion while the chairman will remain with BBI Group.
