TowerBrook Capital Partners has made a majority equity investment in Berkeley Research Group (BRG), a Washington, D.C.-based expert services and consulting firm. As part of the transaction, existing investor Endeavour Capital will exit, BRG's management team will remain in place under CEO Tri MacDonald, and a syndicate led by Royal Bank of Canada will provide committed financing.
