BTX Precision has completed the acquisition of Maitland Engineering, a South Bend, Indiana-based specialist in high-precision small component manufacturing. Maitland will continue operating from its existing facilities as a standalone business unit within BTX, retaining its current leadership team and manufacturing at its South Bend address.
