Buchanan Technologies Acquires Technology Spa

Buchanan Technologies, a Grapevine-based managed IT and cloud services provider backed by Lightview Capital, has acquired Dallas-based Technology Spa, a cloud orchestration and enterprise productivity solutions firm. The deal expands Buchanan's cloud capabilities (Microsoft 365, AWS, ServiceNow) and brings Technology Spa's specialist team and assessment tools onto Buchanan's platform; terms were not disclosed.
