Lightview Capital–backed Buchanan Technologies has acquired Cybernoor Corporation, an Oracle application performance management specialist founded in 2007 and located in Silicon Valley. The acquisition expands Buchanan’s Oracle/platform managed services capabilities and strengthens its India delivery footprint to support enterprise customers.
