BV Investment Partners has made a majority investment in CyberSheath, a Reston, Virginia-based managed compliance, security, and IT provider serving the U.S. Defense Industrial Base. The transaction represents Lightview Capital’s sale of the company, and BV said it will support CyberSheath’s continued growth across CMMC compliance, managed security services, and related IT offerings.
