Bureau Veritas to Acquire SPIN360 to Expand Sustainability Services for Luxury and Fashion

Bureau Veritas, a global testing, inspection, and certification provider, announced it will acquire SPIN360, an Italian sustainability consulting firm serving premium fashion and luxury brands. The deal is intended to expand Bureau Veritas’ integrated sustainability and compliance offerings by combining SPIN360’s life cycle assessment tools and data-driven advisory with Bureau Veritas’ certification and supply chain auditing capabilities.
