Business Warrior Acquires Helix House

Business Warrior Corp. (OTC: BZWR) has acquired Helix House, an Arizona-based award-winning marketing agency, in a transaction valued at $2.25 million at closing ( $1.2 million cash and restricted common stock) with an earn-out that could raise the total to $4.75 million. Helix House will remain under its brand and continue to operate with its internal team (reported as eight full-time employees), joining Business Warrior to accelerate the company's small-business marketing and lending solutions.
