BWX Technologies (BWXT) Acquires Precision Components Group

BWX Technologies, Inc. (BWXT) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Precision Components Group, LLC (PCG), including its subsidiaries Precision Custom Components (PCC) and DC Fabricators (DCF). The deal expands BWXT’s U.S. heavy-manufacturing footprint and adds capacity to support growing demand for U.S.-made commercial nuclear components. The acquisition was later reported as completed, with PCG continuing operations in York, Pennsylvania and Florence, New Jersey.
