By Light Professional IT Services LLC, a Sagewind Capital‑backed provider of federal IT, cloud and cyber solutions, has acquired Phacil, Inc., a diversified software, cybersecurity, systems engineering and managed‑services contractor to the U.S. government. The acquisition, By Light’s second under Sagewind ownership, expands the company’s capabilities across cloud, cybersecurity, systems engineering and AI to better serve Department of Defense and civilian agency clients.
