Pixid Group has acquired theMatchBox, a Belgian AI-driven recruitment search and matching specialist, to accelerate Pixid's AI strategy and expand its recruitment technology capabilities. The deal was supported by Keensight Capital and will see theMatchBox operate as an independent business within the Pixid Group while scaling into new markets.

Fairchild Capital Partners, a Buffalo, New York–based private equity firm, completed a growth capital investment in Caitec Corp, a Halethorpe, Maryland manufacturer and distributor of pet toys and supplies. The investment will support Caitec’s organic growth initiatives and enable the company to pursue strategic acquisitions and expand product availability across retail and e‑commerce channels.

KICTeam (Inverness Graham) Acquires Teknipure

KICTeam, a proprietary cleaning-consumables platform owned by private investment firm Inverness Graham, has acquired Teknipure, a Mesa, Arizona-based developer and manufacturer of cleanroom contamination-control consumables. The add-on expands KICTeam's addressable markets into biopharmaceuticals, medical devices and advanced manufacturing, and will allow investment in U.S.-based capacity to support increased demand; terms were not disclosed.

KIT Digital Acquires Kyte, KickApps and Kewego for $77.2M

Prague-based KIT Digital acquired three online/video platform businesses — Kyte (San Francisco), KickApps (New York), and Kewego (Paris) — in January for a combined purchase price of about $77.2 million. The deals expand KIT Digital's multi-screen video asset management, social-media integration and geographic presence; KickApps' CEO Alex Blum was named KIT Digital COO and Kyte's Gannon Hall joined KIT's Prague HQ as EVP of Marketing.
