Caltius Structured Capital Provides Debt and Equity to Strategic Kids

Caltius Structured Capital (Caltius Capital Management) closed a debt and equity investment in Laguna Hills-based Strategic Kids, a provider of after-school enrichment programs and school staffing services. The financing will support the company's growth and geographic expansion into new schools and districts; Caltius principals Graham Brockington and Andy Morrow will join Strategic Kids' leadership team while co-founder Adam Brody remains President.
