Canada Life Acquires ClaimSecure Inc.

The Canada Life Assurance Company, a subsidiary of Great-West Lifeco, has agreed to acquire ClaimSecure Inc., a Canadian healthcare management firm that provides health and dental claim management and pharmacy benefits management services. The acquisition expands Canada Life's presence in third-party administrator (TPA) and third-party payor (TPP) markets, adds national claims-paying technology capabilities and brings approximately 1.25 million plan members into Canada Life's ecosystem.
