Dreamscape Industries, a privately held, family-owned investment firm based in New York, has completed its acquisition of LifeSecure Insurance Company, effective October 3, 2025. LifeSecure will retain its New Hudson, Michigan headquarters and continue selling its long-term care and ancillary health insurance products while pursuing growth and expanded product offerings under new leadership.
