AmeriLife Group, LLC acquired Secure Administrative Solutions (SAS) from holding company A-CAP to expand its third-party administrator (TPA) capabilities. The deal brings SAS's Medicare supplement, fixed annuity and life administration services into AmeriLife's TPA family to enhance turnkey solutions for carriers, agents and consumers.
