Canopy Growth Completes Acquisition of MTL Cannabis

Canopy Growth Corporation completed its previously announced arrangement to acquire all issued and outstanding common shares of MTL Cannabis Corp., making MTL a wholly owned subsidiary. The deal strengthens Canopy Growth’s Canadian medical cannabis platform and expands premium flower supply and operations to better serve regulated international medical markets, including Europe.
