Capsa Healthcare, a portfolio company of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, has acquired the Humanscale Healthcare division of Humanscale Corporation. The acquisition expands Capsa's point-of-care product portfolio and ergonomic workstation capabilities, strengthening its position in hospitals, long-term care and pharmacy markets; terms were not disclosed.
