Contango Silver & Gold Inc. completed its previously announced merger with Dolly Varden Silver Corporation, acquiring all outstanding Dolly Varden shares through a statutory plan of arrangement. The combined company was renamed Contango Silver & Gold Inc. and is expected to delist Dolly Varden from the TSX Venture Exchange and NYSE American.

Discovery Silver Corp. Acquires Glencore’s Kidd Operations

The transaction consideration includes $10 million in Discovery common shares, potential deferred payments up to $75 million, related offtake arrangements, and a 1% NSR royalty on future mineral production from a separate exploration land package.

Carlyle Global Credit Provides Capital Solution to Peloton Computer Enterprises

Pan American Silver Completes Acquisition of MAG Silver

MAG shareholders received $500 million in cash plus approximately 60.2 million Pan American shares, leaving former MAG holders with about 14.3% of Pan American on a fully diluted basis. The deal adds Pan American’s 44% joint venture interest in the high-grade Juanicipio silver mine in Zacatecas, Mexico (operated by Fresnillo) and full interests in MAG’s Deer Trail and Larder exploration assets.
