Carta has acquired ListAlpha, an AI-powered CRM and relationship intelligence platform, and is launching “Carta CRM” as a new front-office component of its private capital ERP. The integrated platform connects deal sourcing and fundraising/IR workflows with Carta’s fund administration and accounting data to unify the private investment lifecycle from outreach to exit distributions.
