Catalyst Bancorp, Inc. (Catalyst Bank) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Lakeside Bancshares, Inc. (Lakeside Bank) in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $41.1 million. Lakeside shareholders will receive $19.58 per share, and the companies will combine such that Catalyst survives after the merger.
