Cattron Acquires Tyro Remotes

Cattron, a subsidiary of Control Solutions and part of Harbour Group, has acquired Tyro Remotes, LLC, a Netherlands-based manufacturer of radio remote controls and wireless emergency stops. Terms were not disclosed; Harbour Group says the acquisition expands Cattron’s product range, technology capabilities and European footprint as an add-on to its control solutions platform.
