Cencora to Acquire EyeSouth Partners' Retina Business for $1.1 Billion

Cencora has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the retina business of EyeSouth Partners for $1.1 billion. The affiliated retina physicians will join Cencora’s Retina Consultants of America (RCA) management services platform, strengthening Cencora’s specialty ophthalmology services footprint.
