CHA Consulting Acquires FALCON Engineering Services, Inc.

CHA Consulting, Inc. (CHA), a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, has acquired FALCON Engineering Services, Inc., a Temecula, California-based civil engineering and construction management firm. FALCON will rebrand as FALCON, A CHA Company, adding over 60 professionals and establishing CHA's first office presence in Southern California as part of its westward geographic expansion into transportation infrastructure markets.
