Chicane Capital I Corp. Reverse-Takes Over Elton Resources Corp. Via Definitive Merger Agreement

Chicane Capital I Corp. (a TSX Venture “capital pool company”) and Elton Resources Corp. entered into a binding definitive merger agreement for an arm’s-length reverse-takeover transaction. Upon completion, the resulting issuer will carry on Elton’s business and is expected to rename as Elton Resources Corp., subject to private placement financing and customary regulatory/stock exchange approvals.
