Chiesi Farmaceutici S.p.A./Chiesi Group entered into a definitive agreement to acquire KalVista Pharmaceuticals, Inc. for approximately $1.5 billion (about $1.9 billion at closing), paying $27.00 per share in cash via a tender offer and subsequent merger. The acquisition was completed on June 11, 2026, with KalVista becoming a wholly owned subsidiary and its stock ceasing to trade on Nasdaq.
