ChrysCapital-backed Xoriant has acquired Bengaluru-based cloud management solutions provider MapleLabs for an undisclosed amount. The deal is an add-on to Xoriant's platform intended to expand its platform engineering and cloud-native capabilities, bringing MapleLabs' IPs such as SnappyFlow into Xoriant's offering.
