Xoriant, a ChrysCapital-owned global digital engineering firm, has acquired Latvia-headquartered software quality engineering provider TestDevLab. The deal strengthens Xoriant's European footprint (Baltics and North Macedonia delivery centers) and expands its AI-driven quality engineering capabilities across test automation, performance, multimedia/UX testing and AI model validation.
